Packing is often underestimated - and without professional services - can take significant chunks of time. Generally, it demands days, weeks, or even longer prior to your moving day. Not only is it time consuming, but without proper packing practices, it can put items and valuables at risk over transit. We expedite this mandatory process with our expertise, removing the struggle.
When packing, we use boxes of various sizes and thickness. Bubble wrap and packing paper is used liberally on each fragile item, down to the very last kitchen glass. Tape secures each box without fail, and all are labeled and accounted for.

With packing paper and bubble wrap on hand, we mindfully pack, taking the future load into account. Consideration is taken into all the positions the box may be in - such as on a dolly as part of a stack of boxes, being carried long distances, or put into storage.
Rather than randomly stuff and combine objects into a box, items are deliberately placed inside with others that are alike, from a shared drawer or shelf. These items are carefully arranged within the box to full capacity - preventing damage, maximizing space, and preventing any collapse.
Just like our loading procedure, we pack as tightly as possible while avoiding any potential damage - one item at a time. Especially in the case of heavier boxes that will be on bottom of a load. It is crucial that boxes are packed to full capacity, in order to prevent them from collapsing in on themselves. This saves valuable time, truck space, - and ultimately - money. A box that is compromised can put at risk all the boxes above it - while in the truck, while on a dolly, and while being carried.
We consider the weight of the individual boxes we pack, and how they fit together as a whole.
For example:
Heavy items like books go in small boxes for easier carrying and better storage. These make good bases at the bottom of a stack of boxes for any load.
A well rounded pack job also has enough various medium weight boxes to place onto the heavier, sturdy base boxes. This allows for stable stacks on hand trucks, and stacks in the truck that will not tip over.
Light and fragile boxes are designated as top only loaders. This way, these boxes will be protected, and finished box stacks will be stable from top to bottom.
When it comes to more clunky items like pots and pans, large boxes and packing paper are utilized so they can fit comfortably, preventing damage to anything smaller. Fragile items receive individual boxes, usually with packing paper or bubble wrap to protect from any breakage or collapse - and we do not mix fragile items with anything risky.
It is essential that boxes are taped well on both the top, and especially the bottom. We ensure no box will bottom out when you pick it up, altogether avoiding this messy and damaging nightmare.
We aim to keep items together categorically, in order to reduce confusion. To assist the unpacking process - and for the sake of simplicity - we label each box in the following way:
The room it was packed in
Describing the contents inside
What piece of furniture it relates to
If it is fragile
We always clearly label when a box is fragile and top only - or particularly heavy and should be a bottom loader. We communicate with you every step of the way, preventing any items from being misplaced or left behind. We approach packing your valuables with the same care and awareness as when being moved.

Because we usually packed those we unpack, it is relatively easy to seamlessly complete your move for you.
